We are Bi Fest, an initiative powered by Bialogar podcast (Bisexual Visibility podcast from Portugal) in collaboration with other LGBTQIA+ and/or allied Association, Colectives and Entities LGBTQIA+.

Bi Fest’s Bi+ Exhibition – Open Call Form
Our Open Call forms are developed through the Fillout platform (www.fillout.com).
When a visitor accesses the form, personal data will be collected, including name, contact information (email or phone number), pronouns, gender, sexual orientation, and other additional information submitted in the corresponding form field.
This data is used to:
- Contact the person (in response to their application and subsequent responses);
- Know how to address the person in any type of contact;
- Contact and invite the person to a future episode of the Bialogar podcast (only if the person has expressed this intention on the form by answering “Yes” to the respective question).
In addition to the data mentioned above, other responses or digital files will be collected regarding the art or photography that the person intends to submit to the Bisexual+ Visibility exhibition at Bi Fest. This data will only be used for the selection of works/photographs to be exhibited.

Bi Fest’s Talks – Open Call Form
Our Open Call forms are developed through the Fillout platform (www.fillout.com).
When a visitor accesses the form, personal data will be collected, including name, contact information (email or phone number), pronouns, gender, sexual orientation, location (place of residence, location, or travel location), accessibility issues (disability or reduced/impaired mobility, blindness or low vision, deafness), and other additional information submitted in the corresponding form field.
This data is used to:
- Contact the person (in response to their application and subsequent responses);
- Know how to address the person in any type of contact;
- Select and direct people to the most appropriate Discussion Group/Initiative/Event, in order to ensure diversity and representation at events;
- Select and direct people to the most appropriate Discussion Group/Initiative/Event, depending on the location of the event and the person’s travel possibilities;
- Verify, manage, and coordinate rides and other support for the person’s travel to the respective events they may participate in (if available);
- Verify and provide necessary accessibility for those who require it;
- Verify, accommodate, and coordinate any other possible needs or additional situations indicated by the person;
- Contact and invite the person to a future episode of the Bialogar podcast (only if the person has expressed this intention on the form by answering “Yes” to the respective question).
In addition to the data mentioned above, responses will be collected regarding which Talk(s) the person wishes to participate in, such as. This data will be used solely to select participants for the most appropriate Talk(s) and to manage these events.

How long do we store this data
Data submitted through our Open Call forms is stored for up to 1 month after the last event of Bi Fest in the respective year, except:
- If the person submitting the form gives their free and explicit consent for it to be stored for a longer period;
- If the person submitting the form has selected to participate in a future episode of the Bialogar podcast, in which case their contact information (name, email, and/or cell phone number) will be kept for the time necessary to ensure future contact for a podcast episode, as well as for the respective communication before, during, and after participation in the respective episode.
What rights do I have over my data
If you have responded to one of our forms, you can:
- Request a file with an export of your personal data that we hold, including any data you have provided to us;
- Request the deletion of any or all of your personal data that we hold (This does not include any data that we are required to retain to comply with administrative, legal or security procedures);

Where your data is sent
Venues where certain events will be held may request a list of attendees. In this case, a list containing only the first name and pronouns of the event attendees will be sent. If a venue requests a list of attendees, we will notify you.
